Beomaster 8000 Repair: Control Panel Door Linkage
The control panel of the Beomaster 8000 is covered by a damped brushed aluminum cover. When released the door opens smoothly and the process concludes with a soft stop, enabled by a damper located within the enclosure. The cover is connected to the damper via an acrylic linkage, which can crack.
It is possible to replace this linkage with a 3D printed part. The photo shows the broken linkage together with the 3D printed part.
